EON // DATA SOVEREIGNTY PROTOCOL
Classification: Institutional Private

Information Sovereignty.

Absolute discretion is the foundation of architectural integrity. Eon Strategist, Inc. enforces a 'Containment-First' protocol for all systemic audit data.

1.0 The Principle of Containment

Eon Strategist, Inc. recognizes that the architectural data gathered during an AFA—including identified systemic liabilities and friction markers—is the most sensitive information an institution possesses. Our privacy standards exceed standard commercial compliance to ensure absolute Information Sovereignty.

2.0 Data Classification & Bifurcation

To protect the client while advancing systemic science, data is processed through two distinct channels:

  • Institutional Identity: All identifying markers (entities, names, specific financial figures) are encrypted and restricted to the Principal System Architect.
  • Anonymized Research Data: Structural patterns (the 'Physics' of the friction) are anonymized and transmitted to the SFI Research Data Model. This channel contains zero identifying institutional signatures.

3.0 The "Vault" Protocol

We minimize the digital footprint of every engagement through rigorous hardware and software constraints:

  • Zero Cloud Persistence: Sensitive raw observation notes are moved to encrypted local storage within 24 hours of collection.
  • The 42-Day Purge: Upon delivery of the final SFS Snapshot in Week 6, all raw behavioral observation data and un-synthesized records are purged from EON active systems.

4.0 Non-Disclosure & Anti-Marketing Commitment

The AFA is protected by a mutual NDA integrated into the Screening Agreement. EONdoes not utilize client names in marketing materials, case studies, or 'Founding Partner' lists without explicit, board-level written consent. Your systemic failures are your property; we merely provide the map.
