Institutional Terms.

These terms govern the relationship between Eon Strategist, Inc. and the Client Institution during the AFA Protocol and subsequent Blueprint engagements.

1.0 Financial Protocols

The Architectural Friction Audit (AFA) fee of $25,000.00 USD is a mandatory screening and diagnostic retainer. Due to the immediate allocation of research resources, SME coordination, and proprietary diagnostic access, this fee is non-refundable upon receipt. Fulfillment of the fee constitutes a binding agreement to proceed with the 42-day diagnostic sequence.

2.0 Client Selection & Engagement Integrity

Eon Strategist, Inc. operates as a selective architectural firm. We reserve the absolute right to decline further partnership, structural intervention, or the transition to Phase II: The Blueprint based on the findings of the AFA. The delivery of an SFS Baseline does not constitute an obligation for EON to provide ongoing services.

3.0 Ownership of Taxonomies & IP

All methodologies used during the audit, including but not limited to the Insight Taxonomy and the System Friction Score (SFS) calculation models, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Systemic Friction Institute (SFI).

The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize the final Snapshot report for internal institutional reporting only. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit EON’s diagnostic logic is strictly prohibited and subject to institutional litigation.

4.0 Client Obligations & Data Access

The accuracy of the AFA is contingent upon "unfiltered" access to organizational data, internal meeting attendance, and executive-level interviews. Failure to provide the required access within the 42-day audit window may result in a "Structural Deviation" report in lieu of a full SFS Metric. In such cases, the initial engagement fee remains fully earned and non-refundable.
